I don’t usually post things that are personal, I don’t really ‘get’ social media (I wish I did) but, In light of recent news.... I just want to say that, New Mutants is SO important to me and it’s such an important movie for Indigenous & LGBTQ communities. It was also the very first project I ever really got to be in. It was a serious honor to get to play Dani Moonstar, and although there have been many delays and setbacks, there will be a perfect time for this movie to come out. I’m so incredibly relieved that it’s been pushed so that this movie can have the audience it deserves. Thinking of all the people who are being hurt by this virus in all the different ways... financially, physically, mentally... Stay healthy and safe and positive everyone xx
